Chef Kenna Caterers Refund Policy

At Chef Kenna Caterers, we are committed to providing exceptional food and service. Because every event is carefully planned and prepared, the following refund policy applies:

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all bookings.
Your event date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Cancellations

More than 14 days before the event: Any payments made will be refunded.
7–14 days before the event: balance may be refunded.
Less than 7 days before the event: No refunds will be issued due to food purchases, staffing, and preparation costs.

Client Changes

Requests to reschedule are subject to Chef Kenna Caterers' availability and must be made at least 7 days before the event.
We will do our best to accommodate date changes, but they cannot be guaranteed.

Service Issues

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of your event. We are committed to addressing concerns fairly and will review each situation individually.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
